We are a group of privacy, legal, and technology professionals who have spent years advising on GDPR compliance. During our work, we realized that companies often lack a unified tool to manage all their compliance information. The inventory of processing activities, policies, notices, cookie statements, client contracts, vendor contracts, risk assessments, and all other information tends to be scattered in different places and managed by different people.
We were helping these companies put together and manage this information, repeating the same process and creating the same spreadsheets. This process was consuming many person-hours, both from the companies' employees and privacy consultants. This led us to the idea of creating PrivacyDocs, an information management system specifically tailored for GDPR compliance, offered at the price of a single expert hour per year.
